When I landed in Geneva I had a message that Switzerland wasn’t covered by roaming. I am

I now in France and haven’t had another message. Can I be sure that I can use my inclusive minutes

Hi ​@jon770577,

 

That's correct. Switzerland isn't included in our Roam Free destinations, so you would have received a notification advising that roaming charges may apply while you were there.

 

However, now that you're in France, you're in one of our Roam Free destinations. This means you can use your inclusive allowances to:

  • Make/receive calls to/from UK numbers.
  • Send/receive texts to/from UK numbers.
  • Use your mobile data (subject to our roaming fair usage policy).

 

We'd also recommend setting your bill cap to £0.00 while you're away to help prevent any unexpected charges.
