roaming charges when in France

Hi,

I'm currently visiting France and was in Yvoire when my data changed to Switzerland. As you will know, Yvoire is in France and not Switzerland, but I've now been charged extra on my bill when it should actually be included in my data. Can this be cancelled and removed from my bill please.
