roaming data and data reaching it limits

Am not sure if i have my roaming switched on as am away and it says my data is nearly to the max?

Could you let us know which country you're currently roaming in? Once we know where you are, we can confirm whether roaming is included there and explain why you're seeing the message about your data usage.

Hi @Toonarmy,

Thanks for letting us know.

I can confirm that Spain is one of our included Roam Free destinations.

While you're there, you'll be able to use your UK plan allowances. If you have an unlimited data plan, you can currently use your full UK data allowance in Spain under our temporary roaming policy.

If you're seeing charges, it's possible they're for services that aren't included in your plan, so we'd recommend checking that your bill cap is set to £0.00 to help prevent any unexpected charges while you're away.
