I recently switched to ID Mobile, paid an early exit fee to my previous provider. ID mobile promised me that I will have no issues with roaming, however, Ive been abroad since Thursday and my roaming data does not work. I contacted ID mobile and did all they asked me to do (please dont tell me to do those things again as it won’t work) and escalated it to technical support. I was told they will sort it within 24-48 hrs. Im still without roaming data. I wonder if this is how ID mobile looks after their customers? I need data when Im out and about asap.
