Whenever I leave the Uk I cannot use any services, I’ve checked settings with ID mobile and my phone and there are no restrictions. My girlfriend travelling on the same trip and same package does not have any problems.
impossible to talk to anyone from ID and chat doesn’t seems to be an option.

I’m really sorry you’re having roaming issues, I understand how frustrating this is when travelling. Please try these quick troubleshooting steps for iD Mobile:
Turn data roaming ON in phone settings
Restart your phone
Try manual network selection
Toggle Airplane mode off and on
If possible, test the SIM in another unlocked phone
If the issue continues, please send your phone model, current country and we can look into this for you.
