Do I need to pay for roaming in Spain

    Yes, you’re able to use your iD Mobile services in Spain at no extra cost, as it’s included within your plan’s roaming allowance.


    However, to help avoid any unexpected charges while you’re away, we would recommend setting your bill cap to £0.00 before you travel.


    Here’s how you can do this:
    To change your iD Mobile bill cap, simply log in to the iD Mobile app or your online account and go to the Bills section. From there, select Manage bill cap, adjust the slider or enter a new amount, and then tap Save/Confirm to update your spending limit immediately.
