Roaming for more than 63 days how do buy additional data

I know I am going to be in Spain for 84 days and there is a 63 day roaming limit under the Fair usage Policy. It states the service may be temporarily suspended. How can I guarantee continued usage?

I realise I will have to pay for any data used, but is it possible to notify ID mobile in advance so the service is not suspended.

    Hi @Stu27.

Thank you for your question. Our roaming Fair Use Policy applies over a rolling 63-day period, which is in place to prevent permanent roaming.

Your service won’t be abruptly cut off or suspended after day 63. If you reach the limit, we’ll send you a notification 14 days before any action is taken. If you continue to roaming after that warning period, your account will move from free roaming to our standard international rates, so you’d be charged for any data, calls and texts used abroad.

    Thanks,

    Marquerita
