Roaming in Lithuania

Hi, I'm travelling to Lithuania for 2 weeks and I'd like to use my iD Mobile number while I'm there. Could you please confirm that my plan includes roaming in Lithuania and that I'll be able to use mobile data, calls, and texts? If I need to activate anything or purchase a roaming add-on, please let me know. Thank you!

Hi @Vitute,

Thank you for your post.

Yes, you'll be able to use your iD Mobile service while travelling in Lithuania. As Lithuania is included in our Roam Free destinations, you can use your UK allowance of data, calls, and texts there, subject to your plan's roaming limits and our Fair Usage Policy.

Before you travel, we'd recommend the following:

  • Ensure Data Roaming is switched on in your phone's settings.
  • Check that your bill cap is set to an amount that suits you, as certain services or charges outside your plan may require a bill cap.
  • Restart your phone once you arrive in Lithuania so it can connect to one of our roaming partner networks.

If your phone doesn't connect automatically, try manually selecting one of the available networks.

For more information you can visit: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support/roaming

We hope you have a wonderful trip to Lithuania!

Thanks,

Tashnieka
