I purchased a ten day plan for roaming in Turkey as I am in Turkish Northern Cyprus. I have tried getting data from the phone but it fails every time. Please could you provide me with the information to enable this function.
However If the roaming service is unavailable in this area I would expect to receive a refund.

We're sorry to hear about this.
Unfortunately, Northern Cyprus is not covered by our Turkey roaming bundles. Although it is geographically connected to Cyprus, it operates as a separate territory for roaming purposes, which means a Turkey roaming bundle would not work there.
As a result, you would not have been able to use the bundle while connected to networks in Northern Cyprus.
If you'd like to continue using your iD Mobile service while there, you'll need to increase your bill cap, as any usage would be charged at standard out-of-plan roaming rates.

We'd also recommend contacting our Live Chat team once you're able to do so. They can review the bundle purchase and discuss whether any refund or credit may be available given the circumstances.
