Hi @Ages

Poland is a country included as standard with all iD Mobile plans
https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support/eu-roaming

Just ensure you have roaming enabled on your phone and account:-

Also, be aware that if your are near the coast that your phone may inadvertently connect to a maritime signal (ferry, ship, cruise liner) which WILL incur costs and you will need to check the network you are connected to.

Hope this helps x

Hi @Ages,

Good news! Poland is included in our Roam Free destinations, so you'll be able to use your plan there at no extra cost, subject to our roaming fair usage policy.

Before you travel, we'd recommend making sure:

  • Roaming is enabled on your iD Mobile account.
  • Data roaming is turned on in your phone's settings.
  • Your bill cap is set to £0.00 to help prevent any unexpected charges.

Once you're in Poland, if your phone doesn't connect automatically, try manually selecting one of our supported roaming partners:

  • Orange
  • Play
  • Plus
  • T-Mobile

If you need any further help before your trip, just let us know.

Regards,
