Thank you for reaching out, and we’re sorry to hear that your roaming add-on has stopped working while you are in Serbia. We understand how frustrating this must be, especially as it was working previously.

As roaming add-ons rely on both account settings and local network registration, please ensure the following checks have been completed:

1. Confirm roaming is enabled (handset & account)

• On your handset:

Settings > Mobile Service > Data Roaming > ON

• In the iD Mobile app:

Ensure Roaming is enabled

2. Set your Bill Cap to £0

Please make sure your Bill Cap is set to £0 in the iD Mobile app, as this helps prevent any restrictions on out-of-plan or roaming usage.

• Open iD Mobile app
• Go to Billing/Settings
• Select Bill Cap
• Set to £0

3. Restart your handset

• Turn your phone off completely
• Wait 2–3 minutes
• Turn it back on and allow it to reconnect to the network

4. Connect to the correct roaming partner network
Please manually select the correct network in Serbia:

• Go to Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection
• Turn Automatic OFF
• Wait for networks to load
• Select Telenor (preferred roaming partner)
• Allow a few minutes for connection to stabilise

Once connected, please test mobile data again.
