    Hi @GlenBridger,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

We're sorry for any confusion. Cyprus is included in our inclusive roaming destinations, so you shouldn't be charged for using your UK allowance there. However, the text message you've received is a standard notification to let you know that chargeable services may be available while roaming.

To avoid any unexpected charges, we'd recommend setting your bill cap to £0.00 before continuing to use your phone:

    • Log in to the iD Mobile app or your online account.
    • Go to Bills.
    • Select Manage Bill Cap.
    • Set your bill cap to £0.00.

We'd also recommend manually connecting to one of our roaming partners in Cyprus:

    • Epic
    • Cyta
    • Primetel

    To do this:

    • Go to Settings > Mobile Network > Network Operators (wording may vary by device).
    • Turn Automatic network selection off.
    • Select one of the networks listed above.
    • Restart your phone after connecting.

    We hope this helps.

    Regards,
