Why is my roaming not working in Spain. Free roaming was the main reason I switched my service to iD mobile!

    Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve had while roaming in Spain.

     

    To help get you connected:

    • Please make sure roaming is enabled both on your iD Mobile account and on your handset itself.
    • Our roaming partners in Spain are Yoigo and Movistar.
    • If your handset doesn’t automatically connect to one of these networks, try manually selecting them in your phone’s network settings.
