Roaming issue in lanzarote

Roaming issue lanzarote

i have a iphone 11 pro max that I have running the latest ios as per the recommendations and the best i can get is 3g? I have tried re-setting network settings, airplane modes and manually switching networks. My wife is also on ID with an iphone 13 and is currently enjoying 5g connection

please sort this

We’re sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with roaming is Lanzarote.

We would recommend ensuring that roaming is enabled on both your handset and your iD Mobile account.

To enable roaming on your iD Mobile account, please follow the steps below:

Log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account on the iD Mobile website.
Select Services.
Choose Manage Roaming.
Toggle Roaming to On.
Restart your handset once the change has been made.
