I have landed in Rhodes, Greece today, and my data roaming has not started so I have no service. Please help?

Thank you for getting in touch with us, please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused to you in relation to the roaming issues.
Please ensure that roaming is enabled in the handset settings as well as the iD Mobile app.
Please ensure that you are manually connected to one of the following networks as well.
Wind Hellas or Cosmote.

@Hosai W im having same issue in Estonia at the moment. Everything is turned on timing wise but not working to use Internet even though it’s showing I have 5g

Hi ​@Kadri,

 

Thanks for getting in touch, and we’re sorry to hear you’re having the same issue whilst in Estonia.

 

If everything appears enabled and you’re showing 5G but mobile data still isn’t working, we’d recommend manually connecting to one of our preferred roaming partner networks, as this can often resolve it.

 

Please try the following:

  • Open Settings
  • Go to Mobile Network / Cellular
  • Open Network Operators / Network Selection
  • Turn Automatic selection OFF
  • Wait for the available networks to appear
  • Manually connect to:
    • Tele2
    • Elisa

 

Once connected:

  • Make sure Data Roaming is switched ON
  • Restart the device
  • Toggle Airplane Mode ON for 30 seconds, then OFF
  • Test mobile data again

 

Sometimes the phone can show signal or 5G but may not have a fully working data connection until connected to the correct roaming partner.
