I have no roaming signal in Germany

Hi ​@Craigtoun,

Thank you for reaching out to us, please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused to you in relation to the roaming issues.

Please could you try and manually connect to Telekom (formerly T-Mobile) or O2.
If this is changed and the services still does not work, please then do a network reset.
