Roaming issues in Turkey with adds-on

I have purchased a £35 add on for Turkey but can't connect to Internet using data despite following all the steps suggested in both the community articles and faqs/troubleshooting suggestions - change network providers resetting network settings etc. Could you please help?

I’m really sorry you’re having trouble getting connected in Turkey, especially after already trying the troubleshooting steps. I completely understand how frustrating that must be.

Please could you try the following quick checks as well:

Make sure Data Roaming is turned ON
Restart the phone after the add-on was applied
Manually connect to another available network in Turkey
Ensure mobile data is enabled and Wi-Fi is turned off during testing
Check your APN settings are set to default/iD Mobile

 

If it’s still not working after this, please let us know.
