Can you add roaming not automatically included to your contract or is limited to the ones included.

Thanks for getting in touch.

At the moment, we don't offer a monthly plan that includes roaming in all countries.

If you're travelling to destinations that aren't included in our standard roaming destinations, the available option is to increase your bill cap so that chargeable roaming services can be used. Just bear in mind that this can become quite expensive depending on how much you use your phone while abroad.

If there's a specific country you're travelling to, let us know and we'll be happy to explain the roaming options available.

Just to clarify, are you asking whether roaming can be automatically added to your plan, or whether roaming can be restricted to included destinations only?

If you're looking to prevent charges in non-inclusive destinations, we'd recommend setting your bill cap to £0.00, as this helps prevent unexpected roaming charges from being incurred.

Hi

My partner has all nearly countries on her contract with another carrier, she isn't keen to keep topping up with the zones. So is it possible to have a contract where you pay monthly and use your phone in all countries.
