roaming not working

Hi, I have roaming on my sim but every time i have been abroad it doesn’t work. I fly to the Netherlands tomorrow and need my phone to be working when I land. Can you make sure it will please or how do I resolve if it doesn’t

To help make sure your SIM works when you land in the Netherlands, please ensure roaming is switched on in your phone settings and that your bill cap allows for roaming usage. Restarting your phone and manually selecting a local network can also help once you arrive.
