I bought a £20 roaming package from ID mobile yesterday
I’m an ID mobile customer
I landed in the US and I cannot get mobile data to work. My phone connects to the US networks but websites do not load
I have followed all the steps on the “I'm abroad and Roaming is not working. What should I do?“ article and still have the issue - please help as
- I am travelling for work and need a functioning mobile internet service
- I feel I’ve paid for a service that you haven’t provided
