roaming not working in US

I bought a £20 roaming package from ID mobile yesterday 

 

I’m an ID mobile customer 

 

I landed in the US and I cannot get mobile data to work. My phone connects to the US networks but websites do not load 

I have followed all the steps on the “I'm abroad and Roaming is not working. What should I do?“ article and still have the issue - please help as 

  • I am travelling for work and need a functioning mobile internet service 
  • I feel I’ve paid for a service that you haven’t provided

To confirm, when you search networks, are you connected to one of the following? 

 

United States AT&T
United States Commnet Wireless (via Comfone)
United States T-Mobile

Hi Nat,

 

I’m in San Francisco. I can see AT&T and T-Mobile, and I have this issue with both 

 

I’d appreciate any suggestions here

I have exactly the same issue, landed in Florida yesterday and no service even though add on confirmed as active and all roaming settings on

ID weren’t able to help, the best solution was to demand my money back. I’ll take this as a lesson learned not to use this service in the future

This didn’t work for me. I immediately contacted your customer services on twitter when I noticed the problem. They were incredibly slow to respond and didn’t provide any help. Again, what worked for me was demanding my money back. I wouldn’t use this service in the future as it felt like a waste of my time

This issue has been going on for years. See 

And various other posts about the same thing. Looks like iD mobile are either unable or unwilling to fix the issue.
