I’m due to go to Greece and then Spain in a few months. My plan is unlimited, I’ve read that roaming is included. Do I need to do anything? Or will the phone just work when I get there? As in do I need to change any settings or anything?

Roaming in both Greece and Spain is included as part of your standard allowance, so your phone should work as normal once you arrive without needing to change any settings.
To avoid any additional charges for usage outside of your plan, we'd suggest setting your bill cap to £0 before you travel.
