We can confirm that your plan includes roaming in Italy at no extra cost. You can use your inclusive minutes, texts and data allowance just as you would in the UK.

You can use your included minutes and texts to contact UK numbers and standard local Italian numbers, and you'll also be able to use your data allowance while in Italy.

If your UK data allowance is more than 30GB, a fair usage limit of 30GB per billing month will apply while roaming.

Please also be assured that receiving calls and texts while you're in Italy is free.

Based on this, you can continue using your phone within your included allowances without worrying about additional roaming charges.
