Roaming settings - APN for iphone?

Hello,

just moved to ID and all gone smoothly. But I am a little anxious about roaming. 
 

there’s a lot of threads where roaming didn’t quite work for users even if they “enabled roaming” on their phone and in their ID account. 
 

my iPhone (iPhone 16 pro max) doesn’t have the ability on ID to enter APN settings. I’ve done this with previous providers to ensure roaming was set up. 
 

I’ve deleted network settings but this still doesn’t give me an APN menu.

 

it may be that times and capability have changed and if your phone is working for calls, FaceTime, I mobile data, OTP etc that you are all good.

 

anyone else in the position where they can’t access the APN menu but roaming has been ok for them?

We are so sorry to hear that you are concerned about your roaming services, however we would not be able to troubleshoot without you being in the country that you are roaming in.

 

The best advice that we are able to give you at this time is to make sure that roaming is enabled, and when reaching your destination, make sure that you are connected to the correct partnering networks or try doing a network reset when you arrive.
