in Switzerland. have put add on onto my sons phone instead of mine, forgot his was attached to my account in the app. and have then used my phone. phone will not let me ring 7777 to try to amend. is there any way to get the data transferred to the correct number from time of request

Thank you for your post. I’m sorry for the mix-up with the data add-on while you’re in Switzerland.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to transfer an already-purchased add-on from one number to another. To get data working on your own mobile, you would need to purchase a separate add-on directly for your number.
