roaming test and call not working in India

Thanks for your patience and I’m sorry you’re still having trouble while abroad.

For India roaming, it’s really important that your phone connects to one of iD Mobile’s partner networks in that country.

📶 Partner networks in India:

You should manually try connecting to:

• Airtel
• Reliance

These are the main roaming partners that allow your SIM to register and use services in India.

🔧 Quick recap of what to do:

• Go to Settings → Mobile Network → Network Selection
• Turn OFF automatic selection
• Manually select Airtel or Jio
• Restart your phone after selecting
• Ensure data roaming is ON in handset settings
