We're sorry to hear you're still having trouble with roaming in Spain.

If you've already tried the basic troubleshooting, we'd recommend trying a manual network selection and a network settings reset.

Our roaming partners in Spain are:

• Vodafone
• Telefónica
• Xfera
• Orange

For iPhone:
Manual network selection

1. Go to Settings > Mobile Service (or Cellular).
2. Tap Network Selection.
3. Turn Automatic off.
4. Wait for the available networks to load, then try connecting to Vodafone, Telefónica, Xfera, or Orange.

Reset Network Settings

1. Go to Settings > General.
2. Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone.
3. Select Reset.
4. Tap Reset Network Settings.

For Android:
Manual network selection

1. Go to Settings > Connections (or Network & Internet).
2. Tap Mobile Networks.
3. Select Network Operators.
4. Turn Select Automatically off.
5. Wait for the available networks to load, then try connecting to Vodafone, Telefónica, Xfera, or Orange.

Reset Network Settings

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap General Management or System.
3. Select Reset.
4. Tap Reset Network Settings and confirm.
