If you're travelling to a country that's included in iD Mobile's roaming destinations, you'll usually be able to use your plan abroad without needing to purchase any additional bundles.

Before you travel, we'd recommend checking that the following services are enabled on your iD Mobile account:

• Roaming
• International
• Premium

You can manage these through the iD Mobile app or My Account:

• Log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account.
• Go to Services.
• Select Manage my services.
• Ensure Roaming, International and Premium are switched on.

You'll also need to make sure Data Roaming is enabled on your phone:

iPhone

• Go to Settings.
• Tap Mobile Service or Mobile Data.
• Select Mobile Data Options.
• Turn Data Roaming on.

Android

• Go to Settings.
• Tap Connections or Network & Internet.
• Select Mobile Networks.
• Turn Data Roaming on.
