Neither Saudi Arabia nor Dubai (UAE) are included in iD Mobile’s 50 free/inclusive roaming destinations.

As these aren’t included in iD Mobile Roaming you will incur charges.

If you wish to use your phone in these countries then your best option is to do an internet search for ‘best SIM only deals when visiting Saudi Arabia / Dubai’ which will give you the best options available for you to choose from during your visit e.g. a supported monthly plan for this destination.
Once back in the UK, delete/remove the travel SIM and reinstate your iD Mobile SIM.

iD Mobile add-ons do not cover roaming charges for Saudi Arabia or Dubai (United Arab Emirates). 

To avoid any unexpected charges keep your Bill Cap on £0 to avoid out of plan charges. 

• Open the iD Mobile app or login online
• Go to My Services
• Select Bill Cap
• Increase the bill cap amount
• Save the changes

IF you set your bill cap to £0 then you will NOT be able to use your iD Mobile SIM in a ‘non-roaming’ destination.

Saudi Arabia and Dubai aren’t included in our standard roaming allowances, so your 30GB roaming allowance won’t apply there.

If you’re travelling, I’d recommend buying a roaming add-on before you go, and setting your bill cap to £0 so you aren’t charged for any usage outside your plan.
