I want to send some SMS to india but it is not working, I don’t know how to recharge for it and how to use them, kindly guide me step by step

Thanks for getting in touch.

Sending SMS messages from the UK to an Indian number isn’t included within your standard unlimited text allowance, so you’ll need to make sure your Bill Cap is set high enough to allow the additional international messaging charges.

To increase your Bill Cap:

Open the iD Mobile app or log in to My Account.
Go to Bills.
Select Manage bill cap.
Increase the Bill Cap from £0 to an amount that will cover the international SMS charges.
Save the changes.
Restart your phone and try sending the message again.

When sending the message, make sure the Indian number is saved using the +91 or 0091 country code.

Please note that Call Abroad add-ons cover international calls only and don’t include international SMS messages.
