SenderID Mismatch Error

I recently switched from Lebara to ID Mobile. I use this number for international bank transactions. As part of the transition to my new phone, I need to authenticate my banking apps. This process requires the app to send an SMS for verification, which worked seamlessly with Lebara. However, with ID Mobile, I am encountering errors due to a Sender ID mismatch. This is critical for me, and I need to resolve this issue.

 

I have attempted several troubleshooting steps, including resetting my mobile device, adjusting network settings, and reinstalling the banking apps, but none of these solutions have worked. Can you please assist me with this problem?
