I am still unable to receive messages from abroad and I cannot make or receive phone calls when WiFi calling is on. It has been like that for about 10 months (since I switched my number to id mobile) and nothing of heat id mobile tried to fix the issue has worked. Therefore, I will finish my contract and then switch to a different (and decent) provider that, hopefully, will allow me to receive sms from abroad again and use wifi calling.

I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing these issues after such a long time.

Before making any decisions, could you please check the following:

Ensure that Roaming, International, and Premium services are enabled on your account.
Make sure your bill cap is set high enough to allow international texts and calls where applicable.
Check that WiFi Calling is enabled in your phone settings and try turning it off and back on.
Test making and receiving calls with WiFi Calling turned off to see if the issue is isolated to the WiFi Calling service.
