I’m currently in Thailand and I’m trying to add Roam Beyond for Thailand to my package but keep getting the ‘Oops..’ message. 
 

I’ve paid extra funds to my account to cover the 10 day package but it’s not letting me get past this error message. I really need it resolved and added to my account as I’m out in the middle of nowhere with limited wifi. 
 

Can an ID member contact me and correct this please / apply to my ‘Plan’ so I can roam. 
 

10 days for £35. 
 

I’ve already prepaid by manually paying ID for this. 
 

im not sure if they won’t do it as I’m already here? 
 

Please help!
