I can see why this is confusing, let me clear it up for you.

With iD Mobile, roaming isn’t a separate “extra pack” that you need to manually activate. Instead, it comes included as part of your plan under what we call Inclusive Roaming.

How iD Mobile roaming works:

You can use your UK allowances (data, minutes, and texts) in 50 destinations worldwide at no extra cost. This includes most EU countries plus a few others.

So, there isn’t a separate “50 roaming countries list” you need to switch on, it’s already built into your plan automatically.

What you get when roaming:

• Use your UK minutes, texts, and data (up to 30GB of data per month while abroad).
• Call/text the UK as normal.
• Receive calls and texts for free from the UK
• Works in all eligible “Roam Free” destinations

One thing to keep in mind:

If you travel outside those 50 destinations, different charges may apply unless you use a roaming data add-on.
