Question

travel to sri lanka

My husband has a samsung A25 5g phone and needs to have data for 30 days but most of the e-sims are not compatible. With Roam Beyond through ID, could he pay for 30 days data as 10 days data is not sufficient. How does this all work? He is travelling around Sri Lanka for the duration of his stay.

Please can you assist him in resolving this issue.

    Thank you for reaching out to us, please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused to you in relation to the add on issues.

    He would need to purchase a add on every time it runs out so that would be 10 days add ons however this should not all be purchased at once.
