Kindly note that Trinidad and Tobago is not included in iD Mobile's roaming destinations, so there isn't a Roam Beyond add-on available for use there.

If you'd like to use your iD Mobile service while in Trinidad and Tobago, you'll be charged at our standard roaming rates. To do this, you'll need to have a bill cap in place.

How to check or change your bill cap:

• Log in to the iD Mobile app or your online account.
• Go to Bills.
• Select Manage Bill Cap.
• You can adjust this using the slider or by entering an amount (between £0.00 and up to £75.00, depending on your account type).

Because data is charged at £15.00 per MB, we'd usually recommend purchasing a local SIM or eSIM while you're in Trinidad and Tobago, as this is likely to be much more cost-effective if you plan on using mobile data.
