Kindly be advised that you’ll need to purchase a roaming data add-on for use in Turkey. You can do this easily through the iD Mobile app by following the steps below:

How to Purchase Add-Ons

Step 1:
Open the iD Mobile app and go to the “Plan” section by tapping Plan at the bottom of the navigation bar (between Bills and More).
If you already have an Add-On, it will appear at the bottom of your plan details.
Tap “View add-ons” located below the “Change my plan” button.

Step 2:
The Add-Ons screen will appear, and you can review the options available for purchase.

Step 3:
Select your chosen Add-On. The “Confirm your purchase” screen will then appear — tap Confirm to proceed or cancel if you’d like to choose a different option.
Once the purchase is complete, you’ll see a “Thanks for your purchase” confirmation screen. Simply tap Done to finish.

Once purchased, you’ll be able to use your roaming data while in Turkey.
Please note we recommend purchasing the bundle after you arrive in Turkey, as the Add-On activates immediately upon purchase.
