Hi. Do I need to change any settings to use my phone in Spain or will it automatically work when I arrive?

Hi ​@CeriH ,

 

The roaming services will automatically work when you land in Spain.

We would advise checking that roaming is enabled both on your phone and in the iD Mobile app, and also ensuring your bill cap is set to £0 to avoid any unexpected charges.

 

To set or change your Bill Cap on the iD Mobile app:


Open the iD Mobile app and sign in
Tap Bills at the bottom of the screen
Scroll down and select Manage bill cap
Move the slider or enter the amount you want
Tap Save or Confirm


To turn on roaming in the iD Mobile app:


Open the iD Mobile app
Tap Plan (bottom menu)
Scroll down and select Manage your iD services
Find Roaming
Switch the roaming toggle ON
Tap Save / Confirm

My son is also on ID but for some reason his account isnt linked to mine, any idea how I would check his please?

Hi ​@CeriH 

 

You will need to add him so he can be visible to your online account via the below steps:
 

ADD SECOND ACCOUNT
 
To add another account on the new app/website please follow the steps below:  
 
1. Log into the account you are already registered for
2. On the 'Home' screen on the top right corner, click on 'view plans'
3. Add subscription
4. Insert the details linked to the second account.
