If you're calling a Spanish number from the UK, the call won't come out of your standard UK allowance, so you'll need to make sure your bill cap is high enough to allow the call to connect.

The current charges are:

• £0.18 per minute to Spanish mobile numbers
• £0.07 per minute to Spanish landlines

To increase your bill cap:

• Open the iD Mobile app
• Go to My Services
• Select Bill Cap
• Increase the amount and save the changes

Also make sure that all the correct features are enabled on your iD Mobile account. 

Once updated, wait a few minutes and then try the call again.
