Turkey add on didnt work

I bought a Turkey roaming add on for my holiday but it didn't work. I tried all the suggestions in the setting up, including turning on both roaming settings, wiping the data from my phone and trying to connect to a turkish network.  In the end I bought a Turkish sim. You can see from my data that none has been used. Will I get my money back?

Sorry to hear that your Turkey roaming bundle did not work. Did you try connecting to our network partner, Türk Telekom, while in Turkey?

Hi - I bought mine on 25/04/2026 and mine also didn’t work and it caused me a lot of stress being in a new country with no data. I tried everying as well and I could see it said Turk Telecom in the corner of the phone but didn’t work. It ruined my day trip to Turkey. Please advise how I can take my complaint further as you have taken payment for a service that did not deliver.
