turkey roaming not working

I purchased roam beyong for turkey and it is not working id like to claim back this prepaid service

    Hi ​@Plb77,

     

    I am so sorry to hear of the issues that you are having with your roam beyond bundle, however if you are still in Turkey, please try the below steps to get the issue resolved:

     

    Ensure that you are connected to one of the following:

    • AVEA
    • Turkcell
    • Telekom

    Once that is done, try the below steps depending on the make and model of your handset:

     

    Android:

    Open Settings and then tap General management. Tap Reset, and then tap Reset network settings.

     

    Apple:

    1. Go to General, scroll down and click reset or transfer iPhone.
    2. Reset
    3. Reset Network Settings.
    4. Once the iPhone is open.
    5. Go to Settings
    6. Messages Turn ON iMessage.
    7. This will recognize the new sim and have it verified.
