I am getting someone speaking to me in Spanish when I try to call out

    Could you let us know whether you're trying to call a UK number or a Spanish number?

     

    If possible, please provide the first 5 digits of the number you're calling (for example, 07700 or 00349). As this is a public forum, please don't post the full number.

     

    Once we have a little more information, we'll be happy to look into this further and point you in the right direction.
