I need to add on data abroad but the view add ons tab isn’t appearing on my app

How to find add-ons in your iD Mobile account

If it’s not showing in the app, try the following:

  • Log in to your account via the website instead: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/my-account/login
  • From your dashboard, scroll down to your plan section
  • Look for “Add-ons” or “Manage plan”
  • Select “Add data add-on” (or similar wording) and follow the steps

 

If you still can’t see it, it can sometimes be due to:

  • Temporary app glitches (try logging out/in or reinstalling the app)
  • Account eligibility (e.g. certain plans or bill cap settings)

 

Handy tip for roaming add-ons:

It’s best to purchase your add-on once you’ve arrived at your destination. That way, it activates at the right time and you get the full benefit of it while you’re abroad.
