I’m unable to use data roaming abroad please help

Could you let us know which country you're currently in? That will help us check whether it's included in your roaming allowance and advise you on the correct troubleshooting steps.

Hi there i’m in the Uk now as my home country but i was in Spain

We're sorry to hear you had trouble while you were in Spain.

 

Now that you're back in the UK, we won't be able to carry out any roaming troubleshooting, as the issue can no longer be replicated.

 

It may have been caused by your roaming features not being enabled correctly at the time, or your phone not connecting to one of our preferred roaming partners in Spain, which are Movistar and Yoigo.
