Question

under 18 lock on

I seem to have an under 18 lock on my contract. I tried to donate to a charity but messages won't send. I am locked out of some web sites too.

    It sounds like your account may have a content (18+) restriction enabled, which can block access to certain websites and prevent things like charity donations via text.
