I have unlimited texts and calls on my ID SIM deal and when I'm abroad I get a text saying I can call and text (and use data) in exactly the same way as I can in the UK. But your response to someone else says this only applies within the UK. So which is it? Have you stopped allowing calls and texts from abroad from the unlimited deal? I've never been charged for any calls or texts from anywhere in Europe to date.

Sorry for any confusion.

When you're in an EU inclusive roaming destination, you can use your allowance to call UK standard mobile and landline numbers without any additional charge, subject to our roaming policy.

However, the following are not included:

Calls to 0800 numbers while roaming.
Calls to premium-rate numbers.
Calls to local numbers within the country you're visiting may be chargeable.
Texts to certain non-standard or premium numbers may also incur charges.

If you've been travelling within Europe and calling UK standard numbers using your allowance, that would explain why you haven't seen any charges to date.
