Question

unlimited txt and calls ,80gb data can this be use on Caribbean islands

Hello ,

Going on a cruise to Caribbean islands.

Can anyone help me understand, my plan is unlimited text and calls but only 80gb data a month .

Can I use my plan on the Caribbean islands without any extra costs ?

Is there an add on for this, if it's not in my plan  ?

Tired researching into an eSim but my Samsung galaxy A14 does support this 😔

Hi @Erig

Thank you for reaching out to us, please confirm the exact islands you will be roaming in as we do not have add ons that cover the area.

Thanks

Hi @Erig,

Thanks for getting in touch.

Unfortunately, iD Mobile services can't be used in the Caribbean Islands, so your UK allowance of unlimited calls, texts and data wouldn't be available there. Any roaming usage in those destinations is not supported on the iD Mobile network.

As your Samsung Galaxy A14 doesn't support eSIM, an eSIM wouldn't be an option for that device. You may wish to look at purchasing a local PAYG SIM once you arrive, as this is often the most practical option for staying connected in destinations where iD Mobile roaming isn't available.

Hi @Erig,

No problem at all. Hopefully you're able to find a suitable option for staying connected while you're away.

Enjoy your cruise, and if you have any other questions before you travel, feel free to let us know.
