Using minutes while on holiday

When on holiday in Italy, will I be able to use my phone to call a uk landline number or will there be additional charges ?

As Italy is part of the ‘Roam free’ inclusive destinations for iD Mobile you can use your call and text allowance to contact UK numbers. Receiving calls or texts while in Italy is also completely free.

You can use also your data allowance, though a fair usage cap of 30GB per billing month applies if your total UK data plan is higher than 30GB.

Yes, Italy is one of iD Mobile’s Inclusive Roaming destinations, so you can use your remaining inclusive minutes to call standard UK landline and mobile numbers without additional charges.

Please note that certain numbers are blocked while roaming, including 080 freephone numbers, 084/087 non-geographic numbers and premium numbers such as 09 and 118.
