Using my phone in Poland

I'm going to Poland for a few days at the end of the month - I don't plan to be using my phone for calls or texts, but I generally use mobile data when out and about (Google Maps, WhatsApp, etc.).

Is there anything I need to do prior to going to ensure I will be able to do this while abroad, or will it connect OK to another provider out there? Also, is there any additional charge or cap to using mobile data in Poland that I should be aware of? If so is there a temporary bolt-on or package I can buy for the few days I'm over there?

Poland is included so you can use up to 30GB data out there as per Fair Usage Policy: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/eu-roaming/fair-usage-policy

Here’s how to enable Roaming.

Thanks.
