voicemail charge aborad?

Hello, I am in Egypt and have just received a missed call and voicemail. Please can you let me know if it will cost to listen to the voicemail?

    Yes, if you're in Egypt and you call your voicemail to listen to a message while roaming, charges will apply.

     

    Voicemail retrieval while abroad is treated as a call, so if you're concerned about costs, you may wish to wait until you're connected to Wi-Fi and use an alternative method of contacting the caller, or listen to the voicemail once you're back in the UK if it's not urgent as well as set the cap to £0.00 to prevent any further charges.

     

    If you'd like to check the roaming charges that apply in Egypt, we'd recommend reviewing the roaming information in your account or on our website.
