I see that if you go over the 63 days roaming in a period of 4 months you get a message . But what actually happens? Will I still be able to use phone for calls, messages etc . What are the costs ? Thanks

    Hi @Syderapple,

I’m happy to clarify this for you.

The 63-day roaming fair usage rule means that if you use your plan abroad for more than 63 days in a rolling 4-month period, we’ll send you a notification to let you know.

    What happens after the message:
Your roaming may be restricted or additional charges may apply, depending on continued usage
You may still be able to use calls, texts, and data, but it will no longer be covered under Roam Free
Standard international roaming charges would apply after this point

    To avoid any unexpected costs:
Keep an eye on your roaming usage in your account/app
    Connect to WiFi where possible
Consider using add-ons if you plan to stay abroad longer

What about if i go.over the 63 day mark and set my additional charge to zero, will I be charged for any data usage, or will it be blocked from usage

    Hi @Denzal78

Thank you for getting in touch.

If your bill cap is set to £0.00 your will not be charged for any out of plan using or roaming.

    Thanks,
